We are delighted to announce that the trend of securing places at top universities every year continues, thanks to the advice and support that pupils receive from their mentors and the community that nurtures and prepares them for their future.

Simon Corns, Head Master of Brighton College Abu Dhabi said “I congratulate most warmly our Sixth Form pupils and I would like to thank our committed staff and parents for their valuable contribution to this great achievement. Brighton College Abu Dhabi pupils have exceeded expectations and demonstrated that they are capable of the highest standards at A level. The College is celebrating another year with the vast majority of its cohort pupils holding at least one Russell Group offer. Among our pupils who have met the entrance requirements for top universities such as University College London, Durham, St Andrews, The Royal Veterinary College, King’s College, London School of Economics, University of Edinburgh, Harvard, Yale and McGill, is one of our pupils who will progress to the University of Oxford to study Law. I have no doubt, given their kindness to each other, mutual respect and determination to do their best that they will make a fantastic contribution to society and will take the Brighton spirit with them the next phase of their lives.”

Tim Smale, Head of Sixth Form said “I have taken a personal interest in every single pupil in the Sixth Form. Having watched them on the sports pitches, listened to their musical pieces, been enchanted by their performances on the stage and been mesmerised by their art work in the gallery. I have come to love the diversity, individuality and commonality our Common Room enjoys. Our 2018 Sixth Form pupils represent some 25 different nationalities and they are an eclectic mix of brave, determined and motivated individuals who care for each other as well as the world around them. I have listened to them talk about their futures, their dreams, their destinations and their ideals. I have watched them grow into the incredible young people that they are today and I have no doubt that the world is passing into safe hands.”

Henning Fries, CEO, Bloom Education said “Bloom Education is delighted at the performance of Brighton College Abu Dhabi in the A level examinations and I want to especially thank the Brighton College staff and parents who have supported the pupils and helped them achieve such outstanding results. I wish all Brighton College pupils every success in the future.”
